What is retractable insect screens?

Retractable insect screens are designed to extend and roll back into a compact housing which don’t interfere with your regular window or door function. The extension of the screen is held in place by a magnetic latch and easily retracts with the help of a spring-loaded roller tube.

I've heard about Seiki Screen System from Japan. Are you representing them?

Yes, we are the only authorised distributor in Singapore to carry the renowed Seiki Screen System from Japan. In fact, we are the sole distributor in South-East Asia region.

What is expected?

You will need to accept the order by signing on the agreement and pay a deposit stipulated in the invoice before we proceed.

The balance payment will be required upon completion of installation. It will be subject to 10% interest if no payment is made on time.

Our service agreement is based on product offered, installation of products and delivery only. Other services are subject to charges.

Is your retractable insect screen durable?

Our insect screens are tested 10,000 times to ensure durability. In addition, the Japanese are well-known in ensuring a high standard of product quality and manufacturing.

Do your insect screens work on any doors or windows?

All our screens are customizable to fit almost any type or size of out-swing doors and windows. We also work on French (double) doors as well as sliding glass patio doors.

How much do your insect screen costs?

Is our screens help reduce the cost of air conditioning?

Yes! The screens are designed to boost the flow of fresh air into the home which naturally cools your home. This is a great “green” energy efficient alternative to running costly air conditioning units.

Do your screens cleaning and maintenance?

The screens are low in maintenance. We recommend an annual maintenance routine by cleaning and clearing the tracks, vacuum the housing for dirt and debris. Finally, lubricate the top and bottom tracks. That is all!

Do your screens provide solar protection?

Yes, it can add shade to your home to keep your house cool and comfortable.

Can I choose my favourite colors?

Yes, we have a wide selection of colors to suit your preference.

Will your screens slam shut?

The Tension Gear System control of the insect screen doors or windows can be adjusted to your need. If you need a high tension screen to resist wind or a loose tension to reduce door slam, they are customisable. In addition, the screens include a Spring Adjustment System technology that prevents sudden and accidental slamming which can be adjusted too. You have full control over our technology.

How to install your insect screens?

You don’t have to worry about installing. Our professional insect screen specialists will measure, custom-made and install the screens for you in our package.

How long does it take to install your insect screen?

Usually it can take between 1 and 2 days or more to install the screens on your doors and windows depending on the complexity and quantity.
